By booking services or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 A deposit of $50 is required to secure your event date.
1.2 The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
1.3 Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
2.2 Cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable. Subject to owner discretion.
2.3 Rescheduling requests will be honored subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
3.1 All equipment, including photo booths, displays, and accessories, is the property of Picture This Parties MD.
3.2 Clients and guests must use the equipment responsibly. Any damages caused by misuse may incur additional charges.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions arise during the event.
4.1 We strive to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience. However, we are not responsible for:
5.1 By booking, you grant Picture This Parties MD the right to use photos and videos captured during your event for marketing purposes, including social media and promotional materials.
5.2 If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your event date.
6.1 Your personal information will be used solely for communication and service delivery.
6.2 We will never send spam and will only communicate details related to your event.
7.1 By subscribing to text updates, you agree to receive event-related information and promotional messages.
7.2 You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to 443-586-6413.
8.1 Picture This Parties MD is not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of property arising from the use of our services or equipment during your event.
8.2 Clients assume responsibility for ensuring sufficient space, power supply, and a safe environment for equipment setup and operation.
9.1 Custom graphics, overlays, or branding must be provided no later than [insert days] before the event.
9.2 Late submissions may result in default designs being used.
10.1 For services involving monogram projections or unique displays, content must be finalized prior to the event.
10.2 Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or requests.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
