Photo and Video Delivery
10. How do guests receive their photos or videos?
Photos and videos can be sent via email, SMS, or QR code at the event. We also provide a secure online gallery for post-event access.
11. Can I customize the photo or video overlays?
Absolutely! We can add your event logo, colors, or themes to create a personalized overlay for your photos and videos.
12. How long does it take to receive the final files?
Guests receive digital copies instantly, and a full gallery is typically provided within 48 hours after the event.
13. How do I opt-in to receive updates?
To receive updates, text JOIN to 443-586-6413. You’ll get a confirmation message with details about your subscription.
14. How do I stop receiving messages?
Text STOP to 443-586-6413 to opt out of messages. You’ll receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
